Welcome to ONLINE REGISTRATION for workshops and adult/older girl trainings.

The computer needs:

Registration has been updated to use new troop numbers! Please use your updated troop numbers when registering. Click here for your updated troop number.

Step 2 – Use the calendar to find the date and time you would like to register. Check the legend for color-codes of open and closed sessions.

Step 3 – For workshops, Select Troop, Individual, or Program Aide.

Step 4 – Fill in the registration form. Please note:

• You must type in all information on the form. Please do not use the auto-fill shortcut or cut-and-paste names.
• Write “none” if there is no e-mail address. If there is no adult attending leave that section blank. If registering a girl who is an independent Girl Scout without a troop use 00000 as the troop number.
• Use only one name per field (not Tom or Jane Smith).

Step 5 – Fill in the payment information (MasterCard/VISA only). Please note:

• Do not enter dashes or spaces, enter just the numbers.
• If using a debit card, enter "0" for the 800 number (if none on the back).
• All events with a fee must be pre-paid. If your notification says you will be BILLED, you need to start over.

Step 6 – Print your verification confirming that your registration was submitted, which is not a guarantee of placement. Press Ctrl-P to print the verification. Check your verification as additional information may be required.

Step 7 – Close the window to E-Council. You will then be able to return to this webpage to start again and sign up for other workshops/trainings.
