Training courses are open to all registered adults and Senior Girl Scouts who serve in a leadership position. At these trainings, you'll
learn concepts you can apply to
your Girl Scout volunteer position
and to your daily life.
Girl Scouts of the USA policy states, "Every adult in Girl Scouting must be selected on the basis of qualifications for membership, ability to perform the job and willingness and availability to participate in training for it." (Leader's Digest, Blue Book of Basic Documents, 2003).
Some courses require fees that are due at registration. Spaces in these courses cannot be reserved without payment. Outdoor courses have a minimum enrollment of six participants. All other courses must have a minimum of five participants. After the registration deadline, please call the Council Office to check on course availability. Early registration
is encouraged.
