Immanuel Baptist Church - 4250 N.137th Street, Brookfield

  • Troop leaders should bring all forms, the GSWISE Troop Summary sheet, the adult coverage summary sheet and a troop check.
  • Individual scouts (PAs) should bring their forms this evening

Unit Leader Training

June 12:  Unit leader meeting  - 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. (Thursday) OR
June 26 - Unit leader meeting -  7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. (Thursday)

  • Brookfield Public Library:  Sonia Bielmeir Community Room
  • Unit leaders meeting: 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Overnight info from
    8 – 8:30 p.m
  • Unit binders with camp info will be distributed
  • Attend only one meeting on either June 12 or 26

Camp Information
Watch your e-mail and mail right after July 6 for your camp confirmation information. 
JULY 12 – PAIT TRAINING

  • 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
  • Immanuel Baptist Church – 4250 N. 137th Street, Brookfield

JULY 12Day Camp Specialization Training for PAs

  • 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.
  • Immanuel Baptist Church - 4250 N. 137th Street, Brookfield

JULY 20 Day Camp Walk-around for Unit leaders

  • Anytime from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
  • Check out your unit and bring out anything needed for your unit for day camp

JULY 20 – Day Camp Set-Up – PAs report to camp

  • 1:30 p.m. check – in for PAs
  • 1:30 – 3:30 camp set-up
  • Check unit boxes and distribute – set up camp
  • 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. outdoor skills brush up and low obstacle course brush up
  • All new PAs should complete core training prior to camp. Please check out www.gswise.org for training date

Theme days:

Monday – Star Search – wear stars on clothes, socks, in hair etc….

Tuesday – Blast from the Past – dress up from your favorite decade or century

Wednesday- Futureglam Doo-Day – it’s time to go wild with the hair-doo

Thursday – Spacey Day – mismatch your clothes like you forgot what goes together

Friday – Time Traveler T-shirt Day – wear your camp shirt for the signing-fest
